300ml milk

100ml cream

100g 80% chocolate

2 tbsp of cream

sugar to taste

rum or cognac to taste

cocoa powder to decorate

 

 

METHOD

Heat the milk in a small saucepan with the cream and cognac or rum, but don’t allow it to boil.

Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and let it melt.

Whisk until smooth then pour into your chosen cups adding sugar to taste.

Top with the reserved cream and draw a heart with the chocolate powder.
