Ingredients

2 large potatoes, peeled and diced

1 onion, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 whole heads garlic, peeled

1 litre chicken stock

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

500ml cream

METHOD

Cook the potatoes in the chicken stock with the cloves of peeled garlic and onion for 20 minutes. Cool and blend together. Place back into the saucepan and add the cream. Season to taste.
