SERVES 6

 

12 large strawberries halved

12 apricots, halved and stoned

18 marshmallows

3 tbsp of clear honey

juice of 1 lime

bamboo skewers,

soaked in cold water

 

 

CHOCOLATE SAUCE

225g chocolate chips

80g caster sugar

120ml cream

 

 


METHOD

Mix the honey and lime juice together, toss the fruit in to the mix.

Thread the prepared fruit onto the skewers, alternating with fruit and marshmallows.

Place onto the barbecue for about a minute each side.

For the chocolate sauce, put all the ingredients into a thick bottomed saucepan, place over a medium heat and cook stirring till smooth and glossy.

Place in a jug for your guests to pour over their kebabs.
