Creamy strawberry delight...
Fromage blanc
1 large punnet of strawberries
Mint to decorate
METHOD
Cut the strawberries in half.
Reserve a quarter to make a coulis by blending until smooth with 1 tbsp of sugar and a splash of water.
Place a spoonful of coulis into each dish and top with some strawberries.
Add 2 tbsp of fromage blanc and continue with another layer of coulis and strawberries.
Top with more fromage blanc and decorate the top with strawberries and mint leaves.
