Why a Restaurant?

French cuisine is famous worldwide but, after living here a few years and searching for that famous French cuisine, I began to feel there was an opportunity in Bussière to open a restaurant serving excellent quality French food. Now that dream is a reality with the help of our French Chef Franck and our lovely manageress Fabienne. Franck had previously owned and run a restaurant in Paris for ten years.

 

 

Why ‘L’Ambiance’?

The decor of our restaurant harks back to a bygone era of comfort and opulence, we wondered for ages about choosing a name, but everyone who visited said it has a wonderful ambiance. So the name stuck.

 

 

What do you serve?

Restaurant L’Ambiance is now serving fine French food with the emphasis on ‘gastronomique’. From Tuesday to Friday lunch time you can enjoy our Menu du jour which includes a self-serve buffet for 12€. From Friday evening through to Sunday lunchtime, we serve from our A la carte menu, or
our Chef’s choice menu which changes regularly and costs between 20-25€ for three courses.
